AdCreative.ai does that and once they get your credit card, they charge it, not once, but for as many months as they can until you notice the scam. Once you try to ask for a refund, they never issue it, although they do everything they can to make you think the refund is on its way. 

The lesson is: Never give your credit card during signing up for a Free Trial, anywhere.
